How we work

We met in South Korea in 2009, teaching English on the same day for the same job. We married in Aaron's hometown in North Carolina in July 2012, moved to Charleston less than a year later, and have been photographing weddings side by side ever since.

Both of us are at every wedding, and both of us edit every gallery. We demonstrate the poses rather than describing them, which is what gets a couple comfortable quickly, and it means we can guide you into portraits and then step back for the unscripted half of the day. Finished galleries are delivered within three to four weeks.

We work exclusively with couples who have a full-service wedding planner, so the day runs the way it was designed to. When you look back at your photographs, we want them to take you straight back to the day itself, not to a set of poses.
